The email search facility can be performed on, Inbound emails, outbound emails or a combination of both.


First set the direction of email flow to search:



Once the direction is chosen, customers have the ability to search by inputting keywords within the column headers. Please note that all text entered within the column headers should be encapsulated by an asterisk: eg: *everycloudtech.com* or within the subject column *Hi my friend*



Customers can also filter by manipulating the 'Date' drop down menu and/or the 'Display filter' drop down menu in order to create pre-defined search criteria.


Please be aware that the 'Display filter' drop down menu provides 7 different options contained with it's criteria; as below.


Adopted

Emails that EveryCloud Technologies have received and taken responsibility of. (Either filtered and passed to the customer as clean or captured as a result of triggering a definition and therefore quarantined)

Spam

Emails that EveryCloud Technologies have accepted responsibility of, which have triggered specific, known spam definitions

Infomail

Emails that EveryCloud Technologies have accepted responsibility of, which have triggered specific, known newsletter or bulk email definitions (regardless if malicious newsletter/bulk email content or genuine newsletter/bulk email content)

Clean

Emails that EveryCloud Technologies have scanned against all known spam/virus/infomail/phishing and content definitions and have not triggered any definitions and therefore passed to the customers destination mail server as clean

Rejected

SMTP connection attempts that EveryCloud Technologies have rejected by our boundary servers. Please see Rule Set

Virus

Emails that EveryCloud Technologies accepted responsibility of, which have triggered specific, known Virus definitions

Content

Emails that EveryCloud Technologies accepted responsibility of, which have triggered individual customers content filtering policies
