1) Go to Settings on your iPhone.

2) Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3) Select Add Account.

4) Choose Other from the options.

5) Choose Add Mail Account.

6) Type your Name e.g. John Smith.

7) Type your Email Address in the Address box e.g. john@mydomain.com

8) Type the Password for this email address.

9) Type a Description of your choice like john@mydomain.com.

10) Next you must decide whether you would like to use the POP3 or IMAP email protocol.

POP3 is the standard protocol for receiving email from a mail server and it allows you to download all of your emails to one location.

IMAP is best if you access your email from multiple locations, clients and devices as it doesn't require downloading of your email content. We recommend using IMAP settings on Windows Live because if anything were to happen to your computer or mobile device, you would still be able to access your emails.

11) Enter the information below into the relevant areas:

Incoming Mail Server

Host Name:

If you selected POP in step 10: pop.everycloudtech.com

If you selected IMAP in step 10: imap.everycloudtech.com

User Name: This should be your email address i.e john@mydomain.com

Password: This should be your password for this email address.

Outgoing Mail Server

Host Name: smtp.everycloudtech.com

User Name: This should be your email address i.e john@mydomain.com

Password: This should be your password for this email address.

Please note: You will need to enter both the incoming and outgoing mail server details to send and receive email to your iPhone.

12) Click Next

13) If you receive an error stating "Cannot Connect Using SSL", select Yes to setup the account without SSL.

14) Click Continue to complete the setup.

Please note: If you have setup your email on the iPhone as IMAP you need to set the location of the folders for non-mobile me/iCloud email accounts.

Please follow the instructions below:

Settings >> Mail, Contacts, Calendars >> SELECT EMAIL ACCOUNT > SELECT IMAP ACCOUNT

Scroll to bottom of Account Settings screen and click on Advanced.

Under Mailbox Behaviours:

Select the location for Drafts Mailbox, Sent Mailbox and Deleted Mailbox.

Select the location on the Server folders as opposed to on the iPhone.
