Clean e-mail:



Clean email are emails that have passed successfully through boundary filtering, our virus scanners, our content filter, our newsletter and proprietary spam filters; you can see all clean emails by setting the Work-space - Display Filter column drop down menu to 'Clean'.


Clean emails that have been delivered to your mail infrastructure no longer reside within our filtering infrastructure and now reside within your mail infrastructure and as such you cannot re-deliver a clean email from our system unless you subscribed to our email archiving service or 90 rolling email archive provided by default with our Continuity service.
