To allow the Datagrid to capture this information the users must have the following:

 

a) The aConnector correctly installed on their client (i.e. PC/Tablet etc).

b) A current sAMaccount name in their Control Panel

 

The aConnector only works with sAMaccounts and the Datagrid only works with the aConnector fully functional. To resolve this ensure that each of the users PC's have the aConnector correctly installed and that each user has a current sAMaccount name account. Once this has been done the users should then appear in the Datagrid.
